Pennsylvania High School Softball - Southern Huntingdon County gets by Northern Bedford County

The Southern Huntingdon County Rockets got by the visiting Northern Bedford County Panthers softball squad by a final score of 5-4 in Monday's league battle.

The Rockets (10-3) will now prepare for their battle against Penns Valley Area (Spring Mills, PA). The Rams go into the non-league battle with a 8-3 record. In their last battle, Penns Valley Area was edged by Bellefonte (Bellefonte, PA), 7-1, in a league battle.

The Panthers now possess a 4-9 record. They play next when they travel to Fannett Metal for a Sideling Hill battle on Tuesday, May 2. Northern Bedford County will meet a squad coming off a 20-3 league loss to Southern Fulton (Warfordsburg, PA). The record now stands at 0-8.
