The Sequatchie County Indians (Dunlap, TN) softball routed the visiting Signal Mountain Eagles (Signal Mountain, TN), 13-2 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Indians (10-14) will now prepare for their bout against Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences (Chattanooga, TN). The Patriots go into the non-league bout with a 0-9 record. In their last bout, Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences was routed by Polk County (Benton, TN), 15-2, in a league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 3-11 record. They play next when they travel to Cleveland for a non-league bout on Tuesday, May 2. Signal Mountain will confront a Blue Raiders squad coming off a 8-4 league loss to Walker Valley (Cleveland, TN). The Blue Raiders record now stands at 18-4.
