In Monday's league contest, the Sherman Oaks CES Knights (Reseda, CA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences Vipers (Granada Hills, CA), by a margin of 33-6.

With the triumph, Sherman Oaks CES moves its record to 14-4 on the year.

In their next game, the Vipers play the East Valley Falcons (North Hollywood, CA) in a Valley contest, on Thursday, May 4. Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Falcons come into the contest with a 7-5 record after their 18-1 league win over Fulton (Van Nuys, CA).
