The Bishop Kearney Kings baseball team scored 17 runs and limited the host Lima Christian Saints to 4 in the Kings league victory on Wednesday.
The Kings (2-7) will now prepare for their match against Northstar Christian Academy (Rochester, NY). The Knights go into the Section 5 Private Parochial match with a 4-4 record. In their last match, Northstar Christian Academy was overwhelmed by Aquinas Institute (Rochester, NY), 8-2, in a non-league match.
The Saints (0-4) will now prepare for their match against Franklin (Rochester, NY). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 3-6 record. In their last match, Franklin was overwhelmed by School of the Arts (Rochester, NY), 8-0, in a league match.
