Connecticut High School Baseball - Hopkins loses to Brunswick School

The Hopkins Hilltoppers baseball team (New Haven, CT), was overwhelmed 9-1 in Wednesday's league outing with the host Brunswick School Bruins (Greenwich, CT)

The Bruins now hold a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Salisbury School for a non-league outing on Thursday, May 2. Brunswick School will confront a Crimson Knights team coming off a 20-4 league win over Wilbraham & Monson Academy (Wilbraham, MA). The Crimson Knights record now stands at 16-4.

Next, the Hilltoppers confront the Greenwich Country Day Tigers (Greenwich, CT) in a Fairchester outing, on Thursday, May 2. Hopkins will attempt to advance on its 3-14 season record. The Tigers go into the outing with a 4-8 record after their 4-2 league win over Rye Country Day (Rye, NY).
