The Northville Mustangs crushed the visiting Canton Chiefs baseball team by a count of 10-0 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 11-4 record. They take the field next when they host Walled Lake Central for a non-league bout on Thursday, May 2. Northville will face a Vikings team coming off a 3-2 league win over South Lyon East (South Lyon, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 8-11.
Next, the Chiefs face the Kalamazoo Central Maroon Giants (Kalamazoo, MI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 3. Canton will attempt to move on its 10-8 season record. The Maroon Giants enter the bout with a 8-9 record after their 10-7 non-league win over St. Joseph (St. Joseph, MI).
