The Kankakee Kays baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Thornridge Falcons to 0 in the Kays league victory on Wednesday.

The Kays (15-8) will now prepare for their match against Bradley-Bourbonnais (Bradley, IL). The Boilermakers go into the non-league match with a 9-14 record. In their last match, Bradley-Bourbonnais gained a win over Lockport (Lockport, IL), 10-6, in a league match.

The Falcons (0-11) will now prepare for their match against Hillcrest (Country Club Hills, IL). The Hawks go into the non-league match with a 0-18 record. In their last match, Hillcrest was overwhelmed by Richards (Oak Lawn, IL), 15-3, in a league match.
