The Wayne Pioneers baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Poca The Dots to 0 in the Pioneers league victory on Wednesday.
The Pioneers (15-13) will now prepare for their match against Buffalo (Buffalo, WV). The Bison go into the non-league match with a 14-10 record. In their last match, Buffalo gained a win over South Charleston (South Charleston, WV), 5-4, in a non-league match.
The The Dots (0-18) will now prepare for their match against Hannan (Ashton, WV). The Wildcats go into the non-league match with a 1-6 record. In their last match, Hannan was overwhelmed by Teays Valley Christian (Scott Depot, WV), 16-2, in a non-league match.
