The Wood-Ridge Blue Devils volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Becton Wildcats to 0 in the Blue Devils league victory on Wednesday.

The Blue Devils now have a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Secaucus for a NJIC game on Thursday, May 2. Wood-Ridge will meet a Patriots team coming off a 2-0 league win over St. Mary (Rutherford, NJ). The Patriots record now stands at 8-5.

The Wildcats (1-10) will now prepare for their game against Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology (Paterson, NJ). The Lions enter the non-league game with a 9-3 record. In their last game, Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology gained a win over Wood-Ridge (Wood-Ridge, NJ), 2-1, in a league game.
