In Wednesday's league battle, the host Ka'u Trojans volleyball team scored a decisive 25-17 triumph over the Konawaena Wildcats.
The Trojans (6-5) will now prepare for their battle against University Laboratory School (Honolulu, HI). The Junior Rainbows come into the non-league battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, University Laboratory School lost by Damien (Honolulu, HI), 25-16, in a league battle.
Next, the Wildcats encounter the Kailua Surfriders (Kailua, HI) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, May 9. Konawaena will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Surfriders enter the test with a 5-8 record after their 25-21 non-league loss to Waialua (Waialua, HI).
