In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Panther Creek Catamounts (Cary, NC) lacrosse squad nipped the host Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC), by a count of 13-12.
Coming up next, the Catamounts confront the Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, May 4. Panther Creek will attempt to advance on its 7-10 season record. The Crusaders enter the contest with a 15-4 record after their 19-1 league win over Sanderson (Raleigh, NC).
The Mustangs now own a 9-8 record.
