The Apponequet Regional Lakers lacrosse team scored 21 points and held the visiting Dighton-Rehoboth Regional Falcons to 8 in the Lakers league win on Wednesday.
The Lakers (7-2) will now prepare for their game against Old Rochester Regional (Mattapoisett, MA). The Bulldogs go into the South Coast game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Old Rochester Regional was overwhelmed by Bishop Stang (North Dartmouth, MA), 14-6, in a non-league game.
