In Wednesday's league battle, the host Pleasant Grove Vikings soccer squad scored a good 8-0 triumph over the Lehi Pioneers.
The Vikings (9-4) will now prepare for their battle against American Fork (American Fork, UT). The Cavemen come into the 6A Region 3 battle with a 11-2 record. In their last battle, American Fork thwarted Lone Peak (Highland, UT), 2-0, in a league battle.
The Pioneers (2-10) will now prepare for their battle against Westlake (Saratoga Springs, UT). The Thunder come into the 6A Region 3 battle with a 3-10 record. In their last battle, Westlake was overwhelmed by Skyridge (Lehi, UT), 2-1, in a league battle.
