Attleboro Bombardiers (Attleboro, MA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host North Attleborough Rocketeers (North Attleborough, MA), 7-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Bombardiers now own a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host Milford for a Hockomock - Kelly - Rex challenge on Saturday, May 4. Attleboro will battle a Scarlet Hawks squad coming off a 11-6 non-league win over Franklin (Franklin, MA). The Scarlet Hawks record now stands at 7-4.

With the loss, North Attleborough falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Rocketeers travel to Mansfield (Mansfield, MA) to battle the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 3. The Hornets enter the challenge with a record of 2-5.
