Kentucky High School Softball - Hancock County bounces Breckinridge County

The Hancock County Hornets routed the host Breckinridge County Fighting Tigers softball squad by a count of 16-1 in Wednesday's league battle.
The Hornets (16-7) will now prepare for their battle against Tell City (Tell City, IN). The Marksmen go into the non-league battle with a 7-6 record. In their last battle, Tell City topped Forest Park (Ferdinand, IN), 15-10, in a league battle.
The Fighting Tigers now sport a 4-15 record. They play next when they host Lyon County for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 4. Breckinridge County will meet a Lyons squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Larue County (Hodgenville, KY). The Lyons record now stands at 13-13.
