The crowd at Wednesday's league match between the Glenelg Gladiators (Glenelg, MD) and the visiting Oakland Mills Scorpions (Columbia, MD), saw Glenelg's softball squad achieve victory over Oakland Mills by a count of 14-3.

The Gladiators now sport a 17-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Long Reach for a Howard County match on Thursday, May 2. Glenelg will face a Lightning squad coming off a 8-7 league win over Centennial (Ellicott City, MD). The Lightning record now stands at 12-7.

With the loss, Oakland Mills falls to 3-13 on the campaign. The Scorpions travel to Mt. Hebron (Ellicott City, MD) to face the Vikings in a Howard County match on Friday, May 3. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 2-0.
