The Turners Falls Thunder softball team (Montague, MA), was routed 11-2 in Wednesday's league test with the visiting Greenfield Green Wave (Greenfield, MA)

Coming up next, the Green Wave encounter the Hopkins Academy Golden Hawks (Hadley, MA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, May 2. Greenfield will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Golden Hawks enter the test with a 4-2 record after their 4-0 league win over Mohawk Trail Regional (Buckland, MA).

The Thunder (7-1) will now prepare for their test against Mount Greylock Regional (Williamstown, MA). The Mounties enter the non-league test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Mount Greylock Regional prevailed over Frontier Regional (South Deerfield, MA), 24-12, in a non-league test.
