The Kenton Ridge Cougars routed the host Urbana Hillclimbers softball squad by a count of 13-0 in Wednesday's league battle.

The Cougars (20-2) will now prepare for their battle against Indian Lake (Lewistown, OH). The Lakers go into the non-league battle with a 20-2 record. In their last battle, Indian Lake topped Bath (Lima, OH), 4-1, in a non-league battle.

The Hillclimbers now sport a 2-15 record. They play next when they travel to Northwestern for a non-league battle on Friday, May 3. Urbana will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Graham Local (St. Paris, OH). The Warriors record now stands at 2-11.
