Spectators at Wednesday's league match between the Oak Harbor Rockets (Oak Harbor, OH) and the host Lake Flyers (Millbury, OH), witnessed Oak Harbor's softball squad tip Lake by a count of 11-5.

The Rockets now sport a 16-2 record. They play next when they travel to Edison for a non-league match on Thursday, May 2. Oak Harbor will meet a Chargers squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Huron (Huron, OH). The Chargers record now stands at 7-10.

With the loss, Lake moves to 5-10 on the season. The Flyers travel to Eastwood (Pemberville, OH) to meet the Eagles in a Northern Buckeye match on Friday, May 3. The Eagles go into the match with a record of 12-7. Eastwood won 19-0 in their recent league match against Rossford (Rossford, OH)
