Spectators at Wednesday's league match between the Lawrence Bulldogs (Fairfield, ME) and the visiting Winslow Black Raiders (Winslow, ME), witnessed Lawrence's softball squad prevail over Winslow by a count of 10-2.

The Bulldogs now sport a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Cony for a Class B North match on Friday, May 3. Lawrence will face a Rams squad coming off a 7-5 non-league win over Monmouth Academy (Monmouth, ME). The Rams record now stands at 3-3.

With the loss, Winslow moves to 1-6 on the season. The Black raiders host Hall-Dale (Farmingdale, ME) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Friday, May 3. The Bulldogs go into the match with a record of 2-1. Hall-Dale won 11-1 in their recent league match against Dirigo (Dixfield, ME)
