The St. Thomas Aquinas Trojans the visiting Monroe Township Falcons softball squad by a final score of 6-3 in Wednesday's league battle.

The Trojans (11-5) will now prepare for their battle against Metuchen (Metuchen, NJ). The Bulldogs go into the GMC - Red battle with a 5-6 record. In their last battle, Metuchen nudged South Brunswick (Monmouth Junction, NJ), 14-9, in a league battle.

The Falcons now possess a 5-7 record. They play next when they host Old Bridge for a GMC - Red battle on Thursday, May 2. Monroe Township will meet a Knights squad coming off a 6-4 non-league win over South Plainfield (South Plainfield, NJ). The Knights record now stands at 12-4.
