The Old Lyme Wildcats softball team scored 19 runs and limited the host Westbrook Knights to 1 in the Wildcats league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Old Lyme moves its record to 10-1 on the year. The Wildcats host North Branford (North Branford, CT) to clash with the Thunderbirds in a Shoreline - Large game on Thursday, May 2. The Thunderbirds come into the game with a record of 11-2. North Branford won 14-0 in their recent league game against Haddam-Killingworth (Higganum, CT)

In their next game, the Knights clash with the Hale Ray Noises (Moodus, CT) in a Shoreline - Large game, on Friday, May 3. Westbrook will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Noises come into the game with a 8-4 record after their 2-1 league win over Coginchaug Regional (Durham, CT).
