In Wednesday's league outing, the host Ridgefield Spudders softball team scored a nice 11-1 win over the Washougal Panthers.
Coming up next, the Spudders encounter the Fort Vancouver Trappers (Vancouver, WA) in a 2A Greater St. Helens outing, on Thursday, May 2. Ridgefield will attempt to upgrade on its 11-2 season record. The Trappers enter the outing with a 1-10 record after their 21-0 league loss to Woodland (Woodland, WA).
The Panthers (1-12) will now prepare for their outing against Hockinson (Brush Prairie, WA). The Hawks enter the 2A Greater St. Helens outing with a 4-7 record. In their last outing, Hockinson was routed by Columbia River (Vancouver, WA), 11-3, in a league outing.
