Michigan High School Baseball - Grosse Pointe South defeats Anchor Bay

May 1, 2025: Fair Haven, MI 48023

In Thursday's league game, the visiting Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils baseball team scored a nice 8-0 win over the Anchor Bay Tars.

The Blue Devils (19-3) will now prepare for their game against University Liggett (Grosse Pointe Woods, MI). The Knights go into the non-league game with a 10-6 record. In their last game, University Liggett Grosse Pointe North (Grosse Pointe, MI), 9-9, in a non-league game.

Next, the Tars play the Utica Chieftains (Utica, MI) in a Macomb Area - White game, on Monday, May 5. Anchor Bay will attempt to improve on its 8-9 season record. The Chieftains go into the game with a 9-13 record after their 7-5 league win over St. Clair (St. Clair, MI).
