The Aviation Flyers baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Middle College Panthers to 10 in the Flyers non-league win on Thursday.

The Flyers now hold a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bryant for a non-league test on Monday, May 5. Aviation will play a Owls team coming off a 12-2 league win over Long Island City (Long Island City, NY). The Owls record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, Middle College drops to 3-6 on the year. The Panthers host Academy of American Studies (Queens, NY) to play the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 6. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 9-1. Academy of American Studies won 9-2 in their recent non-league test against Flushing (Flushing, NY)
