The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the Shippensburg Greyhounds (Shippensburg, PA) and the visiting Boiling Springs Bubblers (Boiling Springs, PA), saw Shippensburg's baseball team gain a win over Boiling Springs by a tally of 9-7.

The Greyhounds (6-11) will now prepare for their battle against Waynesboro (Waynesboro, PA). The Indians enter the Mid-Penn - Colonial battle with a 8-7 record. In their last battle, Waynesboro held off West Perry (Elliottsburg, PA), 12-3, in a league battle.

Next, the Bubblers face the James Buchanan Rockets (Mercersburg, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Colonial battle, on Monday, May 5. Boiling Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record. The Rockets enter the battle with a 10-6 record after their 2-1 league loss to Big Spring (Newville, PA).
