In Thursday's non-league bout, the Charles Wright Tarriers (Tacoma, WA) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Chimacum Cowboys (Chimacum, WA), by a tally of 21-1.
Next up, the Tarriers encounter the Vashon Island Pirates (Vashon Island, WA) in a 3A Puget Sound - Nisqually bout, on Monday, May 5. Charles Wright will attempt to upgrade on its 11-3 season record. The Pirates enter the bout with a 3-11 record after their 2-0 league loss to Cascade Christian (Puyallup, WA).
The Cowboys (2-14) will now prepare for their bout against Klahowya (Silverdale, WA). The Eagles enter the non-league bout with a 15-2 record. In their last bout, Klahowya overcame Olympic (Bremerton, WA), 4-3, in a non-league bout.
