In Thursday's league game, the visiting Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Martin Luther/Truman Jaguars baseball team scored a close 2-1 win over the Cleveland Clippers.

The Jaguars (3-6) will now prepare for their game against Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton (Janesville, MN). The Bulldogs go into the Valley game with a 3-9 record. In their last game, Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton was tipped by Maple River (Mapleton, MN), 17-5, in a non-league game.
