The Wesleyan Christian Academy Trojans baseball team scored 18 runs and held the visiting High Point Christian Academy Cougars to 1 in the Trojans league win on Thursday.

The Trojans now hold a 13-11 record. They take the field next when they host Christ School for a non-league test on Saturday, May 3. Wesleyan Christian Academy will play a Greenies team coming off a 9-4 non-league win over St. Joseph's Catholic (Greenville, SC). The Greenies record now stands at 8-14.

With the defeat, High Point Christian Academy drops to 19-8 on the year. The Cougars host Calvary Day School (Winston-Salem, NC) to play the Cougars in a NCISAA Piedmont test on Friday, May 2. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 11-7. Calvary Day School won 4-1 in their recent league test against High Point Christian Academy (High Point, NC)
