California High School Baseball - Pomona wallops La Puente

The Pomona Red Devils baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting La Puente Warriors to 0 in the Red Devils league win on Thursday.

The Red Devils now own a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Edgewood for a Miramonte test on Tuesday, May 6. Pomona will clash with a Lions team coming off a 17-0 league win over Bassett (La Puente, CA). The Lions record now stands at 13-8.

With the defeat, La Puente drops to 6-12 on the year. The Warriors travel to Workman (City of Industry, CA) to clash with the Lobos in a Miramonte test on Tuesday, May 6. The Lobos go into the test with a record of 2-14. Workman lost 24-0 in their recent league test against Ganesha (Pomona, CA)
