Pennsylvania High School Baseball - State College edges Mechanicsburg

The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the State College Little Lions (State College, PA) and the visiting Mechanicsburg Wildcats (Mechanicsburg, PA), saw State College's baseball team gain a win over Mechanicsburg by a tally of 7-4.

The Little Lions (7-7) will now prepare for their battle against Mifflin County (Lewistown, PA). The Huskies enter the Mid-Penn - Commonwealth battle with a 7-4 record. In their last battle, Mifflin County got by Bald Eagle Area (Wingate, PA), 13-3, in a non-league contest.

The Wildcats now possess a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mifflin County for a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth contest on Monday, May 5. Mechanicsburg will confront a Huskies squad coming off a 1-0 league win over State College (State College, PA). The Huskies record now stands at 8-5.
