Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Sullivan County loses to Millville

The Sullivan County Griffins baseball squad (Laporte, PA), was overwhelmed 19-1 in Thursday's league contest with the visiting Millville Quakers (Millville, PA)

With the triumph, Millville moves its record to 10-5 on the season. The Quakers travel to Columbia Montour Vo-Tech (Bloomsburg, PA) to confront the Rams in a Mid-Penn D4 contest on Monday, May 5. The Rams come into the contest with a record of 1-14. Columbia Montour Vo-Tech lost 10-2 in their recent non-league contest against Mahanoy Area (Mahanoy City, PA)

The Griffins now possess a 3-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sugar Valley Rural for a Mid-Penn D4 contest on Saturday, May 3. Sullivan County will confront a Phoenix squad coming off a 13-7 league win over Montgomery (Montgomery, PA). The Phoenix record now stands at 4-8.
