In Thursday's league outing, the host Burlington Grayhounds soccer squad scored a nice 10-0 win over the Keokuk Chiefs.
The Grayhounds (6-1) will now prepare for their outing against Fort Madison (Fort Madison, IA). The Bloodhounds enter the Southeast outing with a 11-0 record. In their last outing, Fort Madison ran past Fairfield (Fairfield, IA), 5-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Chiefs confront the Mt. Pleasant Panthers (Mt. Pleasant, IA) in a Southeast outing, on Monday, May 5. Keokuk will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Panthers enter the outing with a 7-2 record after their 1-0 league win over Washington (Washington, IA).
