The Chariho Chargers (Wood River Junction, RI) baseball trounced the host Central Knights (Providence, RI), 15-1 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Chargers now own a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host South Kingstown for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 6.
With the defeat, Central drops to 1-7 on the year. The Knights host Scituate (North Scituate, RI) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 5. The Spartans go into the challenge with a record of 1-0.
