The Apex Cougars lacrosse squad scored 13 points and limited the host Green Hope Falcons to 2 in the Cougars league triumph on Thursday.

The Cougars now hold a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Orange for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 2. Apex will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 10-3 non-league loss to Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 2-8.

With the loss, Green Hope falls to 3-9 on the year.
