Next, the Colts clash with the Royal Highlanders (Simi Valley, CA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, May 3. Carson will attempt to advance on its 11-4 season record. The Highlanders go into the test with a 3-4 record after their 3-2 league win over Oak Park (Oak Park, CA).

The Pirates (8-5) will now prepare for their test against Banning (Wilmington, CA). The Pilots go into the test with a 9-4 record. In their last test, Banning held off Crescenta Valley (La Crescenta, CA), 11-5, in a non-league test.
