Westlake Warriors (Westlake Village, CA) backers exited the stadium satisfied Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Los Alamitos Griffins (Los Alamitos, CA), 19-8 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Westlake improves its record to 16-6 on the season. The Warriors travel to Mater Dei (Santa Ana, CA) to play the Monarchs in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 6. The Monarchs come into the game with a record of 13-3. Mater Dei won 12-6 in their recent non-league game against Redwood (Larkspur, CA)

The Griffins now have a 15-4 record.
