Fans at Thursday's league test between the Oakmont Regional Spartans (Ashburnham, MA) and the host North Middlesex Regional Patriots (Townsend, MA), witnessed Oakmont Regional's lacrosse squad gain a win over North Middlesex Regional by a count of 9-6.

The Spartans (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Wahconah Regional (Dalton, MA). The Warriors enter the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Wahconah Regional by Columbia (East Greenbush, NY), 19-5, in a non-league test.

Next, the Patriots battle the Doherty Memorial Highlanders (Worcester, MA) in a non-league test, on Friday, May 2. North Middlesex Regional will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Highlanders enter the test with a 0-4 record after their 10-2 non-league loss to Shepherd Hill Regional (Dudley, MA).
