The West Milford Highlanders lacrosse squad scored 9 points and limited the visiting Wayne Valley Indians to 8 in the Highlanders non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Highlanders now own a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Montville for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 2.

With the loss, Wayne Valley falls to 2-8 on the year. The Indians host Ramsey (Ramsey, NJ) to clash with the Rams in a Jacobson challenge on Tuesday, May 13. The Rams go into the challenge with a record of 7-2.
