The St. John's Islanders soccer squad scored 6 points and held the host Charleston Collegiate Sundevils to 1 in the Islanders non-league victory on Thursday.
The Islanders now possess a 14-6 record.
With the loss, Charleston Collegiate moves to 4-8 on the year. The Sundevils host Thomas Sumter Academy (Dalzell, SC) to play the Generals in a SCISA AA Region III bout on Friday, May 2. The Generals go into the bout with a record of 5-5. Thomas Sumter Academy won 4-0 in their recent non-league bout against Calhoun County (St. Matthews, SC)
