In Thursday's league match, the visiting Marengo Indians softball team scored a nice 11-1 win over the Woodstock Blue Streaks.

The Indians (17-7) will now prepare for their match against Huntley (Huntley, IL). The Red Raiders come into the non-league match with a 14-8 record. In their last match, Huntley notched a victory over Jacobs (Algonquin, IL), 11-0, in a league match.

In their next game, the Blue Streaks battle the Richmond-Burton Rockets (Richmond, IL) in a Kishwaukee River match, on Monday, May 5. Woodstock will attempt to better on its 3-15 season record. The Rockets come into the match with a 17-6 record after their 7-6 non-league win over Wauconda (Wauconda, IL).
