In Thursday's non-league test, the South Bronx Phoenix (Bronx, NY) softball squad overwhelmed the host Metropolitan (Bronx, NY), by a tally of 17-1.
Next, the Phoenix clash with the Law Government & Justice Tigers (Bronx, NY) in a non-league test, on Friday, May 2. South Bronx will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 5-2 record after their 25-1 non-league win over Bronx United (Bronx, NY).
The (10-7) will now prepare for their test against Bronx United (Bronx, NY). The Pythons go into the non-league test with a 0-6 record. In their last test, Bronx United was routed by South Bronx Prep (Bronx, NY), 20-1, in a non-league test.
