In Thursday's non-league test, the Wisdom Pioneers (St. Agatha, ME) softball squad overwhelmed the host Washburn Beavers (Washburn, ME), by a count of 15-1.

Next, the Pioneers meet the Central Aroostook Panthers (Mars Hill, ME) in a Class D North test, on Saturday, May 3. Wisdom will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record. The Panthers go into the test with a 2-0 record after their 8-7 league win over Ashland (Ashland, ME).

The Beavers (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Southern Aroostook (Dyer Brook, ME). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Southern Aroostook toppled Hodgdon (Hodgdon, ME), 14-3, in a league test.
