Maine High School Baseball - Central loses to Orono

In Friday's league bout, the Orono Riots (Orono, ME) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Central Red Devils (East Corinth, ME), by a tally of 12-2.

Next up, the Riots encounter the Dexter Tigers (Dexter, ME) in a Class C North bout, on Monday, May 4. Orono will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Tigers enter the bout with a 5-1 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Bangor Christian (Bangor, ME).

The Red Devils (1-4) will now prepare for their bout against Stearns (Millinocket, ME). The Minutemen enter the non-league bout with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, Stearns overcame Penquis Valley (Milo, ME), 18-7, in a non-league bout.
