St. Anthony's Friars (Melville, NY) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Chaminade Flyers (Mineola, NY), 16-1 in a league match.
With the triumph, St. Anthony's advances its record to 10-5 on the season. The Friars travel to Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK (Plainview, NY) to battle the Hawks in a non-league match on Saturday, May 2. The Hawks come into the match with a record of 8-5.
