New York High School Baseball - Moravia holds off Marathon

The Moravia Blue Devils baseball team scored 10 runs and held the host Marathon Olympians to 6 in the Blue Devils league win on Friday.
The Blue Devils now hold a 9-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Union Springs for a Section 4 Interscholastic - Small North test on Saturday, May 2. Moravia will play a Wolves team coming off a 14-2 league win over Southern Cayuga (Poplar Ridge, NY). The Wolves record now stands at 9-1.
With the defeat, Marathon drops to 2-5 on the year. The Olympians host Southern Cayuga (Poplar Ridge, NY) to play the Chiefs in a Section 4 Interscholastic - Small North test on Saturday, May 2. The Chiefs go into the test with a record of 1-8. Southern Cayuga lost 14-2 in their recent league test against Union Springs (Union Springs, NY)
