The Great Crossing softball team scored 19 runs and limited the host Bourbon County Colonels to 0 in the non-league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Great Crossing moves its record to 14-5 on the year. The host Western Hills (Frankfort, KY) to meet the Wolverines in a District 41 battle on Thursday, May 13. The Wolverines go into the battle with a record of 14-4. Western Hills won 8-5 in their recent non-league battle against George Rogers Clark (Winchester, KY)
