The Chester Hambletonians baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting O'Neill Raiders to 1 in the Hambletonians non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Hambletonians (11-5) will now prepare for their match against SS Seward (Florida, NY). The go into the Section 9 Orange County VI match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, SS Seward ran past Liberty (Liberty, NY), 7-0, in a non-league match.
The Raiders (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Liberty (Liberty, NY). The Indians go into the Section 9 Orange County IV match with a 3-10 record. In their last match, Liberty was overwhelmed by Burke Catholic (Goshen, NY), 8-1, in a league match.
