California High School Baseball - Exeter sneaks past Kingsburg

Spectators at Tuesday's league battle between the Exeter Monarchs (Exeter, CA) and the visiting Kingsburg Vikings (Kingsburg, CA), saw Exeter's baseball squad edge Kingsburg by a count of 10-9.

Coming up next, the Monarchs play the Dinuba Emperors (Dinuba, CA) in a Central Sequoia battle, on Thursday, May 12. Exeter will attempt to move on its 17-9 season record. The Emperors enter the battle with a 9-18 record after their 5-3 league win over Central Valley Christian (Visalia, CA).

The Vikings now possess a 21-5 record. They take the field next when they host Selma for a Central Sequoia battle on Friday, May 13. Kingsburg will play a Bears squad coming off a 9-7 league loss to Immanuel (Reedley, CA). The Bears record now stands at 8-18.
