The Fredericktown Freddies baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Mt. Gilead Indians to 3 in the Freddies league victory on Tuesday.
The Freddies (15-4) will now prepare for their match against Licking Valley (Newark, OH). The Panthers go into the non-league match with a 5-6 record. In their last match, Licking Valley was overwhelmed by Watkins Memorial (Pataskala, OH), 8-1, in a league match.
The Indians (4-15) will now prepare for their match against Plymouth (Plymouth, OH). The Big Red go into the non-league match with a 10-5 record. In their last match, Plymouth tipped St. Paul (Norwalk, OH), 10-4, in a league match.
